Yanzhi Zhu, MD is a board-certified Internist specializing in preventive healthcare and chronic disease management. She earned her medical degree from Sun-Yat Sen University of Medical Sciences in China. Following her training in Atlanta, Georgia, she relocated to Elk Grove, where she practiced medicine with Kaiser Permanente for 18 years, earning the admiration of many patients in the Elk Grove and Sacramento areas.
Dr. Zhu is deeply committed to patient well-being. Witnessing her patients’ struggles with conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and obesity, she chose to focus on prevention and early treatment to mitigate these complications.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, dancing, and traveling.
Aside from English, she also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese fluently.
